Review by Hawk Chavez
With the sounds of the vintage jazz/blues legends, singer/songwriter Rosey is showing the jazz world she has something to offer. Rosey puts a slight sassy twist on her latest album, Luckiest Girl. Her sultry passionate vocals swoon through out the album.
Every track was my favourite however, I became glued to the jazz-pop/bluesy track, “The Old Fashion Way”, snap finger, foot tapping goodness; fun to be had indeed. Like the old-fashion days of going to the clubs with friends, kicking it back and having a great time.
Rosey shows her right stuff on the gone bad love song, “It‘s Easier On Me” the smooth passionate chorus and well-arranged strings will grab your attention, it won’t be long until you are humming the song way after the track has finished.
Recommended tracks: “The Old Fashion Way”, “It’s Easier On Me”, & “Who Am I”
